Getting Your Exercise – Fitting in a Workout Routine
Exercise and moving are vital to staying healthy. A busy mom has a hard time finding the necessary minutes to workout that fulfill exercise requirements.
That’s why I love Denise Austin’s workouts. A bus mom herself who knows quite a bit about keeping fit in a short amount of time Denise has made a series of workout to inspire and motivate you to get fit.

Denise has fit 2 20 minute workouts onto this video which include the warm ups and cool downs. The first workout is all cardio. You know getting your heart rate up there. The key to weightloss. Really you’re just dancing around with Denise. But the key is you’re moving. Pretty much all of this workout is low impact so it will be kind to knees and joints. Any jumps are totally optional but adding arms and a jump do give you a quick good fat burning blast so try to include them when you can.
The second workout on the video is an interval workout meaning you do several minutes of cardio and break it up with a few minutes of weight lifting while keeping your heart rate going.
